Ceroc Dunedin News and Events - 14th Jan 08
Hi Everyone,
The Ceroc Dunedin newsletter comes out every 2-3 weeks and keeps you all up to date with the social events and workshops that are being planned here in Dunedin and in other towns throughout NZ. We also include interesting stories and some great dance movement advice from teachers and dancers nationwide. In relation to the new spam regulations, we at Ceroc Dunedin assume that by providing us with your email addresses you are then giving us permission to send this newsletter. If you would rather not receive our news letter, then please reply with the word 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line. We will do our best to remove you from the database, however occasionally there are multiple entries and it may take a little while to find them all. Thank you for your patience.
Happy New Year!!
The holidays have past all too quickly! Our classes will resume this week! I have been receiving a constant stream of texts and emails from our passionate dancers looking forward to their getting Ceroc 'fix'!
We are starting off our week with the first of our University classes' tomorrow night (Tuesday) at Mojos, 219 Leith Street . We are then straight into our Dunedin general classes on Wednesday and Thursday nights at the Burns Hall in the grounds of the First Church of Otago, Lower Moray Place . Invercargill Classes will also resume this week with your first class on Friday the 18th. Please see below for the class timetables for each night.
We have a lot of functions, competitions, workshops and parties planned for the coming year. We will be changing our regular dance parties from the first Saturday of the month to the last Saturday of each month. This change was required to allow us to fit the booking schedule of the bigger and better South Dunedin Community hall.
Have Your Say! – We are always trying to improve our service and your experience at Ceroc. We will have a questionnaire available at classes this week. Please fill it in and add any suggestions that you may have. I will insert an abbreviated version of the questionnaire into this news letter. If you can't make it to classes in the near future; we would still like your feedback.

Quotes for the week
"The heart of a fool is in his mouth, but the mouth of a wise man is in his heart"
~Benjamin Franklin~
The language of movement requires no words - neither for its expression, nor for its understanding.
Without uttering a syllable, the vocabulary of dance speaks directly to the senses, seducing the heart and securing the soul.
~ Royal NZ Ballet ~
Kind Regards and a very Happy New Year to everyone!
John, Monique, Rachel, Brent, Katie and the Ceroc crew :-)
